  • Dashi – 1 Miso soup bowl
  • Miso – 1 teaspoon
  • Tofu, wakame, and green onion – Appropriate amount

<Preparation>

  1. Put dashi and cut tofu in a small pan and heat it until it shimmers.
  2. Remove 1 from the heat and add wakame in it.
  3. Pour 2 in a miso soup bowl and sprinkle chopped green onion.

Variety of Miso Soup Ingredients

Although there are some typical miso soup ingredients, such as tofu, wakame (seaweed), green onion, mushrooms, and combinations of these, you can be creative about ingredients.
