Egg salad sandwich has been always popular in Japan, but it became famous for people from other countries when Japan hosted summer Olympic game in 2023. Many people bought egg salad sandwich at bakeries and convenience stores, and they fell in love with it.

- salt – Appropriated amount
- Sandwich bread – 2 slices

- Make a hardboiled egg and chop it.
- Mix 1 and mayo and add some salt as needed.
- Put egg salad filling between sandwich bread.






This is crazy easy and crazy delicious!! It makes a good lunch box too.
Tip – Let’s use Kewpie mayonnaise for Japanese style egg salad sandwich. This makes a big difference!
